What exactly is a Space?
A Space is a focused, independent tool for one workflow — a quotation book, a site safety hub, a punchlist, a timesheet. Each Space works on its own, and a project links the Spaces it needs so they share crew, context and reporting.
Is this another task manager or Kanban board?
No. SnapTab Projects is a project operating system: it connects the real workflows of project delivery — quoting, procurement, safety, field reporting, scheduling, quality and handover — rather than reducing everything to task cards.
Do we have to use every Space?
Not at all. Enable only what each project needs. A small install job might use Punchlists and Timesheets; a full commissioning project might link a dozen Spaces. You can add or remove Spaces at any time.
Can clients, suppliers and subcontractors see anything?
Yes — on your terms. Share read-only links to shift reports, live quality status tables (Expose links), documents via QR codes and view-only project links, without giving outside parties full access.
Does it work in the field, on phones and tablets?
Yes. SnapTab runs in any modern browser and has a native iPhone app. Crews take roll call, log punchlist photos, fill shift reports and enter hours from their phones on site.
How does pricing work?
You can create an account and start free. Specialized team Spaces use credits, so you pay for the Spaces you actually use — not per seat. Business units get consolidated billing across projects.
